General Project Description
This project involves tenant improvements throughout Building O2 at the Liberal Arts Campus. The scope includes interior work such as new paint and flooring, wall graphics, casework, signage, window coverings, and digital signage in the main lobby. No bathroom upgrades are included. The project also encompasses basic electrical requirements, general communication systems (cabling, racks, termination, testing, and labeling), and exterior landscape irrigation, planting, and soil preparation including recycled water systems, sanitary sewers, and storm utility drainage piping.
