General Project Description
This project involves the removal of the existing roofing system down to the structural deck at the Child Development Center (CDC), including the replacement of 10% of the structural plywood deck, and the installation of a new Garland roofing system. The scope also encompasses the disconnection and removal of existing ductwork, followed by the installation of new supply and return ductwork. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, and tools to complete the mentioned work. Additionally, the project includes work related to HVAC piping and equipment hangers and supports, vibration and seismic controls for HVAC, duct insulation, air duct accessories, and testing, adjusting, and balancing of HVAC systems. The contractor must address existing improvements and site conditions, waste disposal, and adherence to specific work hours.
