General Project Description
This project involves the replacement of auto lifts in Building JJ at the Trades, Technology, and Community Learning Campus of the Long Beach Community College District. The scope includes all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services for the demolition of existing structures and facilities, procurement, and installation of new auto lifts. The work requires compliance with prevailing wage laws and a 3% Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation goal.
