General Project Description

The City of Long Beach, Fleet Services Bureau, is seeking bids from authorized dealers or distributors of Parker Hannifin Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts to provide replacement hydraulic hoses and general-purpose air hose fittings, as well as repair services. These components are essential for the routine maintenance and emergency repair of the City's heavy-duty fleet, including vehicles such as refuse trucks, street sweepers, cranes, bucket trucks, tractors, and backhoes. The contract term will be for two years with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods, not exceeding five years in total. Standard delivery of parts is required within 24 hours, and emergency hose repair services must be available 24/7.
