General Project Description

This project is part of the City’s ongoing pavement management program. It involves grinding and overlaying Oak Street from Katella Ave to Sausalito St with asphalt rubber hot mix (ARHM). The scope also includes the removal and reconstruction of damaged curb and gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, and curb drains to correct drainage issues and comply with ADA standards. Additionally, the project requires the installation of detectable warning surfaces, new signing, and pavement striping.
