General Project Description

This project involves various construction activities under the Sidewalk Repair Program, focusing on improving pedestrian facilities in Los Angeles. The scope includes but is not limited to: sidewalk and asphalt concrete replacement, curb ramp installation and replacement (ADA compliant), driveway replacement, concrete curb and gutter work, excavation, untreated base material installation, tree root pruning/shaving, tree canopy pruning, tree and stump removal, root control barrier installation, topsoil placement, furnishing and planting of trees, watering trees, adjustment of utility pullboxes and water/gas meters/vents to grade, street sign removal and reinstallation, PVC pipe installation, curb painting, concrete pavement work, pedestrian push button and pole removal and reinstallation, and stop bar restriping. The project aims to ensure compliance with disabled access standards and overall usability.
