Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, SENIOR GRANT PROGRAM CONSTRUCTION REHABILITATION SERVICES, identified under Solicitation ID: LACDA25-143. Work is to be performed near 2451 Soledad Canyon Rd space 7, Acton, CA 93510, USA in Los Angeles County.
General Project Description
This Request for Quotes seeks a California Licensed, insured, and bonded General Contractor to provide construction rehabilitation services for a single-family residence participating in the Senior Grant Program. The project aims to perform home accessibility modifications and deferred maintenance, including but not limited to door replacement, toilet replacement, interior and exterior painting, fascia board replacement, metal trim replacement, installation of entry landing/stairs and grab bars, water heater replacement, handrail installation, and comprehensive lead-based paint/asbestos abatement where required. The work must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment, and is detailed in the "Appendix B - Statement of Work".
