General Project Description

The scope includes home accessibility modifications (e.g., wheelchair ramps, grab bars, widened doorways, non-slip flooring, roll-in showers) and deferred maintenance repairs (e.g., roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating) to improve structural integrity, safety, efficiency, and functionality. Additionally, the project requires the remediation and management of Lead-Based Paint (LBP) and Asbestos Containing Construction Material (ACCM) as identified in environmental reports, requiring EPA "Lead-Safe" Certification and adherence to specific safety and cleanup protocols.
