Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, HUD LEAD-HAZARD REDUCTION PROGRAM LEAD-BASED PAINT HAZARD REMEDIATION AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES (LHR-023), identified under Solicitation ID: LACDA26-018. Work is to be performed near 1269 S Bonnie Beach Pl, Los Angeles, CA 90023, USA in Los Angeles County.
General Project Description
This project involves providing lead-based paint (LBP) hazard remediation and various construction services across multiple residential properties under the HUD Lead-Hazard Reduction Program. The scope includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform LBP removal, replacement of deteriorated components (e.g., doors, windows, cabinets, trim), paint encapsulation, surface preparation, wet-scraping, patching, and finish painting, as well as soil remediation through mulching and dust hazard reduction through extensive cleaning. All work must comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including California Building Code, California Energy Code, NFPA, UL standards, CDPH Lead Related Construction Program, EPA Lead-Safe Certification, and OSHA safety standards.
