General Project Description

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is seeking quotes from qualified General Contractors for construction rehabilitation services under the Senior Grant Program. The project involves home accessibility modifications and deferred maintenance repairs for eligible senior citizens at 19702 Bluffwood Street, Rowland Heights, CA. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for work necessary to increase mobility, functionality, and health and safety within the home. Specific work items include electrical installations (ceiling fans), flooring installation and removal, appliance installation (gas dryer), and comprehensive Lead-Based Paint (LBP) and Asbestos Containing Construction Material (ACCM) remediation in compliance with federal, state, and local standards. The contractor is responsible for permits, inspections, and all incidentals associated with the work.
