General Project Description

The project is part of the HUD Lead Hazard Reduction Program, focusing on lead-based paint hazard remediation and construction services for multi-family residential dwellings built prior to 1978. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required for remediation, repair, remodeling, and refurbishment of specified items.
