General Project Description

This solicitation seeks a qualified and experienced HVAC Contractor to provide inspection, testing, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, and system optimization services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across various Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) facilities. The purpose is to ensure all HVAC systems remain reliable, energy-efficient, and compliant with relevant laws and industry standards, thereby supporting safe and comfortable environments. Services will be performed on an as-needed, work order basis, including diagnosing system failures, performing necessary repairs, and restoring equipment to proper working condition. The scope covers a wide range of HVAC equipment and associated controls, ductwork, and air quality components.
