General Project Description
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks firms to provide Geotechnical and Geological Review Services for the Town of Los Gatos Parks and Public Works (PPW) Department. The selected consultant must have California licensed Geotechnical Engineers, Professional Geologists, and Certified Engineering Geologists on staff. The scope of work involves providing timely and cost-efficient project reviews, completing reviews within specified timeframes (e.g., peer reviews within 15 working days), and attending public hearings (Planning Commission, Town Council) to present findings, address concerns, and answer questions.
