General Project Description

This project involves the annual maintenance of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, and driveway approaches within the Town of Los Gatos. The scope includes the repair or replacement of existing concrete infrastructure, installation of new curb ramps and detectable warning surfaces, installation of new sign posts, root pruning, clearing and grubbing, removal of hardscape with topsoil replacement, and associated asphalt pavement restoration work. The contractor is responsible for traffic control and coordination with existing utilities.
