General Project Description

This project involves street improvements on Raymond Road, from Cleveland Ave northeasterly to the City limits, including shoulder paving and pavement rehabilitation using RMRA (Rubberized Modified Asphalt Concrete). The scope of work generally consists of saw-cutting, grading, new Type A asphalt concrete pavement, pavement grinding/replacement, Micro Surface Type II, and a fog seal. Associated work includes mobilization, traffic control, signage, detours, water pollution control, dust and emission control, demolition, clearing, grubbing, roadway excavation, embankment, aggregate base, surface preparation, crack sealing, sweeping, adjusting utility covers, and pavement marking and striping.
