General Project Description

The City of Malibu is seeking highly qualified and experienced consulting firms to provide comprehensive peer review services across multiple technical disciplines. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting independent, expert evaluations of studies, reports, plans, and related technical materials submitted to the City, ensuring compliance with professional standards and City/regulatory requirements. Areas of required expertise include Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Coastal Engineering, and Environmental Health. The consultant will collaborate with City staff, respond to technical inquiries, provide assessments, and recommend revisions, acting as an extension of City staff with a focus on professionalism, transparency, and customer service.
