General Project Description
The Manhattan Beach Unified School District, operating under the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act Procedures (CUPCCAA), is notifying licensed contractors of the opportunity to register for their 2026 qualified bidders list. This annual registration process facilitates notification of future bid opportunities across various license classifications. Contractors must provide required information to the School District to be included on the list, which will be effective January 1st of each year. Registration with the District does not fulfill prequalification requirements under PCC 20111.6 or Department of Industrial Relations registration requirements under Labor Code 1725.5.
