General Project Description

This project involves the installation of water, sewer, and electrical utilities for two 10’x30’ modular locker room trailers previously purchased by the City. The scope includes site preparation, utility connections, electrical system installation, concrete paving for driveways, curbs, and gutters, traffic striping and pavement markings, placement of raised pavement markers and reflective channelizers, and environmental fencing. The contractor will also be responsible for general earthwork (clearing, grubbing, excavation, fill), asphalt concrete paving, manhole adjustments, cold milling, temporary traffic control, storm water pollution prevention, and conducting various electrical system studies and tests.
