Menifee City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, AMR Skate Park Improvements, identified under Solicitation ID: 22-27. Work is to be performed near 30376 Lone Pine Dr, Menifee, CA 92584, USA in Riverside County.

General Project Description

This project involves the general construction of two pre-engineered buildings at Audie Murphy Ranch Sports Park. The first building will serve as a permanent ticket booth, and the second as a permanent Park Ranger Station. The scope includes the construction of the pre-engineered buildings, along with the installation of sewer, water, and electrical onsite utilities as specified in the plans and specifications. The contractor is also responsible for transporting pre-engineered building materials supplied by Romtec, Inc. from a City-owned lot at 238349 Bradley Road, Menifee, CA 92586 to the job site. The project also covers earthwork, subgrade preparation, base materials, concrete and masonry construction (including reinforced concrete pipe/box culverts, retaining walls, curbs, walks, gutters, and access ramps), metal fabrication (chain link fences), open trench conduit construction, temporary traffic control, construction site maintenance (including air pollution and noise control), hazardous materials management, and required surveying.
