General Project Description

This project, Cherry Hills Facility Improvements Phase I, aims to remodel approximately 3,000 square feet of the 9,800 square foot building. The remodel will provide staff with a safe and improved functional space, including offices, a breakroom, a conference room, restrooms, a locker room, and an IT room to support the operations of various divisions of the Menifee Police Department. The scope also includes site improvements, ADA accessibility, and trash enclosure improvements, all designed to enhance public safety. All work, labor, services, materials, and equipment necessary for construction and completion in accordance with the contract documents are required.
