General Project Description

This project involves the upgrade of smart irrigation infrastructure at multiple sites within the City of Menlo Park. The scope of work generally includes demolition (removal and disposal of existing concrete pavement and irrigation controllers), concrete work for new controller pedestals, installation of irrigation controllers, pedestals, and associated components, minor electrical work (reconnecting control wires to new controllers), and technical service and support. The project also entails construction waste management, dust control, and adherence to water pollution prevention measures. Use of zero-emission landscaping equipment is required.
