General Project Description

The City of Merced is seeking a qualified provider to supply and deliver various water works supplies through a multi-year contract. These supplies include parts and materials such as brass, cast iron, ductile iron, and PVC, ranging in sizes from 1/2” to 16”, essential for the installation, maintenance, and repair of the potable water system. Deliveries will primarily be made to the City's water works warehouse at 477 St Lawrence Drive, Merced CA, 95340, with the possibility of additional delivery locations within city limits. Normal deliveries are expected within 3-5 business days, with provisions for rush deliveries within 2 days or next day for major emergencies. The contract term will be for two years, with up to two optional one-year renewals.
