General Project Description
Merced County Department of Public Works is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide on-call right-of-way consulting services for various county projects. These services will be provided under a master on-call agreement for a three-year term, with an option to extend for two additional years. Work assignments will be issued via project supplements on an as-needed basis. The scope involves coordination with Caltrans District 10 and compliance with FHWA requirements for federally funded projects. Services include appraisal, acquisition, and condemnation, as well as support during bidding and construction phases.
