General Project Description

This project involves the development of a new three-bay fire station including four dorm rooms, a kitchen, living spaces, and administration areas at the El Nido Fire Station site in Merced County, California. Site improvements will encompass new paving for driveways, drive aisles, and parking, installation of concrete sidewalks, landscaping, irrigation systems, trash enclosure, flagpole, and signage. Construction phasing is required, involving the demolition of the existing fire station to allow for the construction of apparatus bay accessory spaces. The existing fire station must remain operational throughout the duration of the project.
