General Project Description

This project involves providing construction services for the re-roofing of the main low-slope roof, including improving drainage capacity with additional overflow scuppers, and modifying parapets and skylight curbs to accommodate new roofing and waterproofing materials. The scope also encompasses the repair of pilasters and elevated beams at the northwest end of the main roof to address deterioration and restore missing elements, along with site protection, historic preservation, and storm water compliance measures.
