General Project Description
The City of Mission Viejo is seeking a qualified consultant to update its Citywide Pavement Management Program (PMP) for the year 2026. The program aims to identify network needs, establish cost-effective priorities for improvements, and develop a long-range (one to seven years) implementation plan. The scope includes performing field surveys/inspections of all arterial streets, updating the Pavement Management System (PMS) database (StreetSaver Online) with field survey and maintenance data from the past two years, creating GIS datasets of road/street segments, conducting a re-evaluation of the entire street pavement network based on OCTA requirements and ASTM standards, and preparing Draft and Final Reports for the updated program, including a seven-year capital improvement strategy and a presentation to City staff.
