General Project Description

The City of Modesto Utilities Department, Wastewater Division, requires a contractor to provide Rockwell Rejuvenation services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes re-drilling or rejuvenating up to 50 to 100 Rockwells annually, potentially installing new drywells if existing wells cannot be rejuvenated, and performing drilling operations under overhead power lines with specific clearances. The project involves various well rehabilitation tasks, including vacuuming, pipe removal and installation, re-drilling to specified depths, adding drain rock, cleaning wells, driving additional core pipe, cutting new perforations, and disposal of materials. Traffic control services will also be required for worksite safety.
