General Project Description

The City of Modesto is soliciting Request for Proposals / Request for Qualifications (RFP / RFQ) for consulting services to prepare construction documents for the Modesto 2026 Restroom Replacement project at Whitmore Neighborhood Park. This project involves the demolition of an existing, non-ADA accessible restroom building and its replacement with a new pre-manufactured building. The consultant's scope includes civil engineering, electrical engineering, landscape architectural, surveying, and geotechnical services to produce comprehensive construction documentation, including demolition plans, site preparation, pad design, concrete paving, layout plans, landscape and irrigation adjustments, and utility/electrical service designs, along with specifications and a detailed construction cost estimate.
