General Project Description

The City of Modesto is soliciting bids for on-call mechanical and refrigeration services to provide preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations for HVAC and refrigeration systems at various City-owned and operated facilities. The services will be provided on an "as-needed" basis throughout the year, with a requirement for emergency service response within two hours. This includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, licenses, and insurance, with work covering evaporative coils, condensers, thermostats, controls, heating/cooling systems, electrical wiring, motors, insulation, filters, duct flow, chillers, swamp coolers, direct expansion (DX), direct digital control (DDC), pneumatics, pump repair/installation, and ice machine system maintenance.
