Montebello City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, FY 2025-2026 SB1 Rubberized Asphalt Street Enhancement Project, identified under Solicitation ID: 944. Work is to be performed near 1600 W Beverly Blvd, Montebello, CA 90640, USA in Los Angeles County.
General Project Description
This project involves the enhancement of streets within the City of Montebello using SB1 Rubberized Asphalt. The scope of work includes mobilization and demobilization, traffic control, cold milling of existing asphalt concrete pavement, furnishing and constructing 2-inch thick Asphalt Rubber Hot Mix (ARHM) overlay, sealing cracks in existing cross gutters, adjusting existing storm drain, sewer, and utility manhole frames and covers to finished grade, adjustment of water valve covers and frames, furnishing and installing traffic signal loop detectors, and providing centerline striping, pavement markings, house address painting, and construction survey/staking services. All work must conform to the latest Standard Plans for Public Works Construction (SPPWC), Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction “Greenbook”, and 2024 Caltrans Standard Plans and Specifications.
