General Project Description

This project involves providing water chemical treatment services for boilers, chillers, and cooling tower systems across various City of Monterey facilities, including the Presidio of Monterey and Defense Human Resources Activity Enterprise Operation Center. The scope includes furnishing treatment chemicals, test reagents, and monthly onsite services. These services encompass water chemistry reading log review, chemical controller inspection and calibration, chemical inventory verification, corrosion coupon review, operational and test procedure training, treatment report and recommendations, and discharge wastewater chemical analysis as needed.
