General Project Description

This is a job order contract for chiller services at the Defense Human Resources Activity Enterprise Operations Center (DEOC). The contractor will provide a readily available workforce for repairs, alterations to existing facilities, and emergency repairs, including complete preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and system modifications or alterations of chillers and associated equipment. The work involves bi-monthly and annual chiller/cooling tower services, eddy current testing, condenser tube cleaning, and on-call trouble/emergency repair services during standard, after-hours, and holiday periods. The contractor must maintain a local service office within 40 miles of the project address.
