General Project Description
The City of Monterey is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide On-Call Mechanical Engineering Services for various capital projects within the City of Monterey, including the Presidio of Monterey and related military installations. The scope of work includes mechanical engineering calculations, HVAC equipment sizing, selection design and calculations, preparation of plans, specifications and cost estimates, project management, technical support, construction inspection, controls design, plumbing design, fire sprinkler system designs, building and system commissioning, studies, energy system design, and Title 24 analysis. The agreement will be for an initial one-year period with options for four additional one-year extensions, with individual work orders created under a Master Agreement.
