Morgan Hill City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Centennial Recreation Center (CRC) Swimming Pool Replastering Project, identified under Solicitation ID: CSD 2026-010. Work is to be performed near Peak Ave, Morgan Hill, CA 95037, USA in Santa Clara County.
General Project Description
This project involves the replastering of the 3,418 SF swimming pool surface at the Centennial Recreation Center (CRC). The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of existing plaster and attached equipment such as ladders, drain covers, and current pool lights with new LED lights, followed by refilling the pool. The contractor must also coordinate with a separate HVAC contractor working in adjacent areas of the pool deck. All necessary permits must be obtained, and the work must be completed according to industry standards and manufacturer instructions. Dust control measures are required during all work to minimize impacts.

Specifications: Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, insurance, permits, and other incidentals for replastering the pool surface, removal and replacement of attached equipment, ladders, drain covers, and refilling the pool. Pool surface replastering with marble sand and Portland white cement or equivalent using industry-standard methods and manufacturer instructions.
- Quantity: 8 Unit: LS Work Item: Remove and replace Waterway (Model 640-477xv) 18" x 36" grates. Specifications: Grates should be 788 gpm each at time of installation.
- Quantity: 8 Unit: LS Work Item: Remove and replace pool lights. Specifications: Remove six (6) 6” lights and two (2) 4” lights, replace with J & J LED 500W equivalent lights.
