General Project Description

The City of Morgan Hill is seeking a qualified contractor for annual maintenance painting services at its water well sites and booster stations. The project involves painting the buildings, exposed piping, valves, metal appurtenances, electrical conduits, floors, and ceilings at approximately 25 operational facilities (15 well sites and 10 booster stations), with 9 facilities (6 wells, 3 boosters) requiring paint maintenance over a three-year term. The scope includes all necessary surface preparation, labor, paint, supplies, travel, expenses, and equipment. The City reserves the right to add painting work at Lift Station sites and select specific facilities annually.
