General Project Description

The City of Morgan Hill is seeking proposals from qualified CSLB licensed roofing contractors to provide comprehensive, full-service, on-call roof maintenance services for various City facilities. The contract will be for a two-year term (April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028), with potential for three one-year extensions. Services include roof inspections, cleaning of roofs and drains, inspection and repair/replacement of flashings at penetrations/curbs, sealing seams and expansion joints, resecuring loose sheet metal, resealing cracked caulk, and advising on work exceeding annual maintenance scope. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary, adhering to industry standards, laws, and regulations, including a 12-month labor warranty. The facilities have various roof types including Membrane, Clay roofing tiles with Synthetic Engineered Underlayment and Thermoplastic Membrane, Flat asphalt tile sheeting, Corrugated Metal, Built-up, Terra Cotta, Corrugated Steel, and Asphalt Sheeting.
