General Project Description

This project involves the removal and replacement of approximately 1,700 linear feet of existing 8-inch sanitary sewer main with new 10-inch SDR-26 PVC sanitary sewer main along East Dunne Avenue, from approximately 90 feet east of Condit Road to Peppertree Drive. The work includes installation via an open-trench method, sewer lateral reconnections, excavation, backfill, compaction, shoring, trench restoration, sanitary sewer manhole removal and replacement, maintenance of sanitary sewer flows using temporary bypass pumping systems, a 2-inch grind and overlay of the work lane, a Type II slurry seal on the westbound side of East Dunne Avenue, restriping, and other incidental work.
