General Project Description
Mt. San Antonio College is seeking qualified contractors to remove and replace 45 existing window panels with new ones at the College Wellness Center Building (Building 720 Well Center). The work will involve accessing windows from the exterior roof, requiring scaffolding or a lift. The existing system is a glazed aluminum curtain wall featuring Viracon glass. The project includes careful removal of existing panes, repair of decking and fascia deficiencies, installation of new windows to approved specifications, proper sealing, and final cleaning. Contractors are responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and safety measures.
