General Project Description

The project involves general contractor work for the renovation of 5 classrooms in Building 26A. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing cabinets and old ceiling tiles, installation of new lay-in ceiling panels (retaining the existing T-bar ceiling grid), minor gypsum board repair and replacement related to new electrical/AV conduit work, and painting. The General Contractor is required to coordinate all work with the Electrical Contractor, Flooring Vendor, and AV contractors.
