General Project Description

The Murrieta Valley Unified School District is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified architectural and engineering firms to establish a pool of consultants. These firms will provide design and engineering services for various ongoing and future capital facilities projects, including modernization, reconstruction, renovations, new construction, additions, expansions, portable buildings replacement, and site and utility scope work throughout the District. Services will encompass programming, design, plan preparation, regulatory agency submittals (CDE, DSA, OPSC), site surveys, construction document preparation, cost estimating, and contract closeout services, including as-built drawing coordination and DSA certification filings.
