General Project Description

This project entails the exterior painting of several buildings at Murrieta Valley High School to provide a safe learning and working environment. The scope includes comprehensive surface preparation such as pressure washing, joint resealing, and stucco repair. Various multi-coat paint systems (primer, intermediate, and topcoat) will be applied to different exterior substrates including concrete, masonry, clay, stucco (non-traffic surfaces), non-ferrous metal (including galvanized), and wood. The project also requires significant attention to detail in surface preparation, quality assurance, and adherence to specified material and application standards, including the use of high-performance block fillers for masonry. This is a Public Works project.
