General Project Description

This project encompasses electrification and energy efficiency upgrades for the Laurel Manor Housing Complex. The scope involves selective demolition of building and site elements, including salvaging reusable materials and refrigerant recovery. Key construction activities include rough and finish carpentry, installation of building insulation, sheet metal flashing and trim, and roof accessories. Interior finishes will involve gypsum board installation and painting. Electrical work includes raceways, boxes, panelboards, wiring devices, switches, circuit breakers, grounding, and hangers/supports, with seismic restraint considerations for non-structural components.
