General Project Description

This project involves the reconstruction of concrete sidewalks, curb ramps, curb and gutter, milling and hot mix asphalt (HMA) overlay with digouts, installation of new storm drain pipeline and inlets, traffic signal rewiring, fire hydrant relocation, new traffic striping, pavement markings, and signs along Lincoln Avenue from California Boulevard to Soscol Avenue. The scope includes earthwork, traffic control, material management, and extensive removal and replacement of existing infrastructure, ensuring compliance with California Standard Specifications and City standards.
