General Project Description
The project involves providing routine and non-routine/emergency monitoring, testing, inspection, and maintenance services for fire alarm systems across various Napa County locations. Services must comply with NFPA 72, California Fire Code, and other applicable regulations. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision, ensuring minimal disruption to facilities. Key services include 24/7 alarm monitoring with appropriate dispatch response, servicing all installed devices and alarm panels, identifying and recommending repairs for system deficiencies, and accommodating changes in service frequency or sites. Routine services are to be performed Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 8:30 am, excluding observed holidays, with call-back services for malfunctions provided within 24 hours. A transitional plan for monitoring services will be developed with the County.
