General Project Description

Napa County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide environmental support services and studies required by Caltrans for the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle 12 Guardrail and End Treatment Upgrade Project. The scope includes preparing various environmental documents, such as Archaeological Survey Reports (ASR) and Historic Property Survey Reports (HPSR), conducting cultural resource investigations, performing Native American tribal outreach, and ensuring compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements. The services will involve documentation, research, and technical studies to support the project's environmental clearance for guardrail and end treatment upgrades across multiple road locations within Napa County.
