General Project Description

The Napa County Department of Public Works seeks technical proposals for Preliminary Engineering, Environmental, Right of Way, PS&E Design, and Construction Support Services for the replacement of the existing two-lane Conn Valley Road Bridge (Bridge No. 21C0077) over Conn Creek with a new two-lane bridge. The selected consultant will provide these turnkey services through the construction phase, including technical tasks, administrative tasks, documentation, Caltrans response, right-of-way certification, and construction authorization. The project is federally funded through the Highway Bridge Program.
