General Project Description
Napa County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Aviation Consultants to provide professional on-call services in architectural/engineering; environmental/planning; and construction management/inspection at the Napa County Airport for a five-year term. Services will be delivered on an as-needed basis through individual Task Orders, covering projects funded by FAA Airport Improvement Project (AIP) Grants and non-AIP funds. The broad scope of work encompasses airside/landside design (civil, hydrology, electrical), planning and environmental assessments (ACIP development, CEQA/NEPA compliance), and construction management/inspection services (site safety, quality assurance/control, daily reports, submittal review, ADA compliance, punch lists). Potential future projects include pavement rehabilitation, terminal and hangar improvements, road realignments, airfield security assessments, and various management plan updates.
