General Project Description

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, and asphalt. The contractor is required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform these tests in accordance with specified standards and pursuant to work assignments by the Department of Water Resources. The anticipated term for this agreement is three years. The work includes various field tests and specific laboratory tests adhering to ASTM and AASHTO standards, performed at State Water Project Facilities throughout California and the Contractor's place of business.
