Natural Resources Agency- Department of Water Resources is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Emergency Release Facility Project Restoration, identified under Solicitation ID: 10214356. Work is to be performed near Lake Perris, California 92571, USA in Riverside County.

General Project Description

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks firms to provide environmental and landscape architectural services for the Emergency Release Facility (ERF) Project Restoration. The project supports the design and environmental restoration of small mammal habitat associated with a new levee and drainage channel downstream of Perris Dam in Riverside County. The scope includes preparing conceptual landscape restoration plans and specifications, design-related reports, investigation reports, peer review of engineering documents, reviewing contractor submittals, and conducting site visits. Environmental support encompasses CEQA compliance, federal/state permitting, habitat monitoring (small mammal and general biological surveys), invasive species control, erosion repair, and establishing target vegetative and habitat communities through native seeding and habitat feature creation. The contractor will prepare environmental documents and reports, and conduct various environmental surveys (biological, cultural, paleontological, botanical, air quality).
