General Project Description

The project involves providing hazardous and universal waste removal and disposal services for the Department of Water Resources, San Luis Field Division. The contractor must furnish qualified labor, materials, tools, and equipment, including personal protective equipment and safety equipment, for the collection, removal, packaging, loading, transportation, and disposal of hazardous and universal waste from various locations within the jurisdictional areas of the San Luis Field Division. Services include both scheduled 90-day pickups and emergency/non-emergency responses for items in and out of containers. The contractor is also required to provide necessary drums and roll-off bins, perform sampling and analysis of unknown substances, and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. The anticipated term of the agreement is three years.
